Plants, plans, and continuing to show up for you

In this week's video, I share some of my recent plantings and a recent experience I had as a result of posting videos (that apparently a few people watched). I'm also sharing a link to my latest Substack about a tragic event (content warning) and how I'm working with it leading up to Mother's Day (another content warning for those who find this day difficult).
